Registration information submitted through this website may be transmitted server-to-server to the Foundation’s ERPNext/Frappe system for review and record management.

Users should avoid uploading identity documents or numbers unless they are relevant to the specific registration or verification process.

The website uses HTTPS and server-side integration so ERP API secrets are not placed in browser JavaScript. No internet system can guarantee absolute security; access and operational controls must also be maintained by authorised administrators.

Personal information should not be sold or publicly disclosed. It may be processed by authorised service providers or personnel where required for operations, legal compliance or service delivery.
